Mac to the Future

We are street venders specialising in freshly prepared mac n cheese. We started life in Brixton with residencies at Brixton Beach Boulevard and Big Apple Brixton, then came to find a permanent home for our kitchen at the Brixton Roof Top space. We knew from the beginning that we wanted to create food that was comforting, easy to eat and a freakin taste explosion...and bam our mac and cheese
was born. A few pun heavy discussions ensued and Mac to the Future was born.

Our mac n cheese is prepared fresh to order using the finest and freshest local ingredients. Fresh produce isn’t a fan of travelling, so everything we source for every pot we make, is made here in London. That way we are also supporting local businesses; because we’re nice like that. And as for the back to the future reference, well damn it that’s just good common sense. Cheese and hover-boards, match made in heaven we say. In all seriousness, we’re a bunch of pretty cool people who happen to think that what you put in your mouth is important. We’ll take care of the food part, you’re in charge of the rest.

We can provide food for any type of event. We have experience in corporate events, festivals, pop up venues, parties, and many more.
