The team at manesh’s catering services comes from various different backgrounds but it all started from manesh’s father Baljit Komal, who has over 16 years experience running his own restaurant (Chandani Chowk). Manesh worked along side his father where he started taking an interest in the kitchen and this is where his passion for cooking begun. Having seen the traditional methods used in india cuisine Manesh wanted to bring a modern touch and create an experience for those who he catered for. Manesh has worked along side many great chefs such Dipna Ananda (Brilliant resturant) and Atul Kochhar (Benares Resturant) with the aim to offer his clients an unforgettable experience they will never forget.
