We take pride in only using organic, authentic and homemade ingredients. We are unique in ensuring that the quality of our ingredients is always accurate and consistent. In our business, we chose to go the extra mile by producing some of our own ingredients such as smoking our own ham, preparing our own pastrami and assuring quality through our DOP products.
