Established in 2015, we offer high-quality catering for all occasions including weddings, christenings, funerals, corporate events and outdoor streetfood events.
We provide freshly-prepared, authentic Caribbean cuisine in the UK, catering for private functions and outdoor events, using fresh ingredients to create an authentic dining experience.
Our customers enjoy our traditional Caribbean food and the passion we have for our work. We specialise in jerk cooking and hold a 5-star food hygiene rating.
Typical Clients
We cater for all types of events both indoor and also outside with our streetfood gazebo and Jerk pans.
Minimum guests required is 50 persons and Maximum is 500.

Brilliant service
My event was a rehearsal dinner, McCallas catered the event. Not only was the food great, they decorated the tables beautifully. Comments from my guests, 'they were very attentive, friendly and professional'. I will definitely use them again and had I known about them before, they would have been catering the wedding.
Great food and people
Thank you for the great food and service provided by McCallas. Big birthday party for mum was helped be a success with the great food and people. Sarah and Carmel were polite and efficient setting up the buffet ready for people to serve themselves. They were able to find out about food suitable for guest with a nut allergy. They even helped cut the cake for us, which is much easier when you see the professionals do it! Spoke with Roxanne from the beginning to advise my requirements and was very happy with the results. Not the cheapest quote I received but would certainly recommend to others.
Amazing food. Really friendly people.
Roxanne and the team just wanted to make our party as good as it could be. Right from the first online contact, with a really useful phone call where they gave us loads of advice, to a completely hassle-free experience on the night. Food: delicious - our guests were constantly complimenting us on our choices. (I didn't get to try everything, but I LOVED the vegetable curry. Service: seamless - as soon as they arrived thy got on with everything and we didn't have a moment's worry. People: so friendly and helpful. We'd recommend them any time.
Great service, delicious food
Absolutely delicious food, very professional and polite service provided by management, chefs and servers. Couldn't recommend them enough!
