About Melted Cheese Raclette

The melted cheese raclette is ran by us, Sophie and Sadie two sisters from Dorset. We spend our days scraping bubbling melted raclette cheese straight off the grilled wheel onto different options from our menu. We serve from a modern converted horse box lovingly named Audrey.

We scrape the raclette cheese to top either our charcuterie dish, rosemary potatoes with bacon garnished with chargrilled tomato chutney and salad, or our specialty BLC (bacon, lettuce and cheese roll).

The food we offer brings something different to any event, serving a modern menu with the wow factor for your guests to enjoy.
