We strive to provide the best possible locally sourced ingredients for our food, which is normally picked up fresh on the day from our select Dorset suppliers.

We serve our food out of a new truck ("Burrito Grill") which has been fully converted into a catering unit that has a 5-star rating for hygiene and is fully kitted out.

With all the gear we need to feed the discerning masses.

The menu can include, Burritos, Nachos, Gourmet hot dogs, Tacos with various fillings and toppings. We can adapt our menu to suit your needs and remember Mexican food does not have to be spicy if you don't need it to be, we can adapt to all tastes.

We have added 2 more set ups to the Mexbox family- "Gourmet Loaded Hotdogs" and "Seafood Grill"

Gluten-free, Dairy-free, Vegetarian, Vegan, and Halal options are always available if needed

We have all relevant required health and safety documents and insurance certificates, plus all our staff is fully trained to the required food hygiene level.

We have a lot of experience in what we do, over the last 10 years when regularly attend festivals and events such as IOW Festival, Reading Festival, Teddyrocks, Christchurch Food Festival, Dorset Chilli Festival, Tankfest, Bournemouth Air Show, Dorset County Show, Dorset Seafood Festival and Southampton Boat Show.
