I am delighted to introduce our street food business that specializes in cooking traditional Bulgarian dishes, as well as gourmet burgers and fully loaded hotdogs.
Our menu includes traditional Bulgarian Kavarma, which is a hearty meat and vegetable stew that is cooked slowly to create a rich and flavorful dish. We use only the freshest ingredients to ensure that our Kavarma is as authentic and delicious as possible.
Another traditional Bulgarian dish that we serve is Banitsa. This is a savory pastry that is made with layers of filo pastry and a filling of cheese and spinach. It is a popular breakfast food in Bulgaria, but we think it's perfect for any time of day.
In addition to our Bulgarian dishes, we also offer gourmet burgers that are made with high-quality beef and a variety of toppings to suit all tastes. Our fully loaded hotdogs are also a popular choice, with a range of sauces and toppings to create a mouth-watering experience.

Great service!
MishMash attended our event yesterday and were a great addition to what we had on offer. We were able to order two specific meals (Chicken wrap and halloumi/GF wrap), vegan and gluten free options which all went, sadly before I could have any! Veselina had great communication throughout. They arrived early to set up and were able to work with us during a slightly chaotic situation! We would recommend them to anyone hosting an event. Thanks Lauren
Really lovely addition to our event
We booked mish mash to cater for our pta summer festival charging direct to the public. They offered a great variety of foods at reasonable prices and we had lots of feedback about how much people enjoyed the food and said we should book them again next year. They were very professional arrived early for set up cleared everything away no mess and friendly. Definitely recommend
Fantastic all round!
Boris and his team came up trumps with the perfect food for our son’s 21st. The wraps were amazing, really tasty and filling, so much so that we even had chips left over! Boris was cheerful polite and efficient, and all my advance communication with his wife, Veselina was brilliant. I would thoroughly recommend. Thank you Mish -Mash!
