We have done mainly festivals and fairs but what we offer is versatile and our catering unit can be taken anywhere.
We use Jerk drums to prepare our jerked meat and fresh ingredients and seasonings for our other dishes. Our menu can be modified to accommodate our customer. So if your not to keen on spices we can reduce it, I also offer more traditional menu items such as beef burgers, dirty fires, hot dogs, breakfast baps.
Typical Clients
We have catered at a variety of festivals, fairs, charity events and food shows around the country, Private parties and cooperate functions even location catering for photo shoots. No safe location is off limits.

Great people with lovely food
Mizcarib catered our staff summer party, the communication before the even was really good and they were so easy to work with. All the food was hot and delicious and served from their food truck. Would definitely recommend.
