​Monty’s was born from a blend of passion and a little bit of a dream. Working in the wedding industry, I've had the privilege of being part of countless celebrations, each one unique and memorable. But time and time again, I noticed something missing—so many events had incredible setups, but the bar often felt like an afterthought. I wanted to create something different: a mobile bar that felt just as special as the day itself, one that would bring people together over beautifully crafted cocktails with a hint of speakeasy magic.

The art of mixology has always fascinated me—the way flavours, colours, and creativity can come together in a single glass. I envisioned a bar that would do just that, combining elegance with character and a little flair, offering a fresh alternative to the more traditional setups. I didn’t want to compete with other bars, as I know there’s beauty in all styles, but instead, I wanted Monty’s to offer something that stands out in a world of options, adding just the right touch of sophistication with a warm, inviting edge. ​Monty’s is proudly female-led, family-owned, and grounded in the joy of working with loved ones.
