Indoor service: Event and meeting catering.

Either for delivery for you do manage your own service or able to help setup for you and serve the food.
Outdoor service: Catering events as a Thai or Vegan Food vendor from an attractive professionally converted horsebox, cooking on electric.

Regular vendor for Thai or Vegan food from the horsebox at sporting events, pet shows, beer festivals, classic car shows.
Marketing/training events where you want to provide delegates with a great lunch , often for 15-20 people but able to scale higher.
