Very badly let down for our silver wedding
Up to day of event, all was good - excellent communication. At 3:45 we were notified that the bar was delayed but would be up on time. To cut a long story short, our 100 guests arrived to beautiful marquee but no drink, no bar. Eventually 1.5 hours after party started we got warm prosecco and beer. Full bar set up approximately 10 pm around our guests, but not with the drinks we had ordered, no ice, no lemon. Staff were obviously very stressed. We have been told that this was a one off for the company - however, it was also a one off for us as we won't be celebrating our 25th again. Matt has been in touch from his holiday but no contact at all from the UK base. Complete communication breakdown and no resolution in sight 14 days later.
Great Service!
We hired My Mobile Bar for my Brother's Wedding, and were not disappointed. Very friendly staff, couldn't have been more helpful! They have been great at communicating since booking, ensuring they delivered everything that was asked for. Very pleased with the standard of service provided, would definitely use again for future functions. Highly recommend!

Joe and Dave provided a fantastic cocktail bar service at our home for my partners 50th Birthday. Their set up was professional and looked so cool. We all had a great time sampling the cocktails which put everyone in the party mood. Joe and Dave were both lovely and very polite to all our guests - there was even a little friendly rivalry as to who made the best cocktails. It was great to know our guests were well looked after and we were free to enjoy ourselves. The only complaint I heard was the following morning when there were a few sore heads We will certainly book again, as will all our friends!
Immaculate service
We are so delighted we decided to book My Mobile Bar. Reasonably priced and brilliant service. Took so much worry and planning away and provided a brilliant service. Would highly recommend them- great drink selection, brought glasses with them and bottles so didn’t need to think about that aspect of the party and was delighted with the way Matt and his team blended into the party and helped with guests. Thank you for all your help!
Fantastic service
Matthew kept us informed every step of the way. He was always available and sorted everything he needed to. He came up with some good ideas which we had not even thought of. I would recommend My Mobile Bar very highly.
