We specialise in flavoured milk and fruit-based Bubble Teas. Bubble Teas originated in the Far East.
What exactly is Bubble Tea? Well, Bubble Tea originated in Taiwan in the 1980s and is beginning to catch on in Europe and the rest of the world.
There are two types of Bubble Tea - those made with a milk base and those with a fruit base.
The basic ingredient is tapioca balls. What gives the tea a bubble sensation is created by the addition of "popping boba" which are small balls containing sugar, fruit juice and other flavours

Superb vegetarian & vegan food
Carlvic was absolutely lovely. We had been let down at the last minute by another supplier and she kindly turned up at our event & produced some great food. I had the burrito & my husband had the chili non carne & both were delicious. Thanks again, Kate
