With over 20 years in the catering trade, Neil and his team has put all his experiences together to provide the complete package for his customers. From a small business lunch for two, to a sit down meal for 300, we can do as much or as little as you require us to do, making any function as formal or informal as required.

Our hog roasts are now famous throughout the Midlands and beyond, all our pigs are free range and sourced locally. Prepared by ourselves and cooked in a large oven giving an excellent crackling on the whole pig and all the nice juices remain in the tray, not like spits. With oven space to cook 10 pigs at once we can cater for up to 1500 people at once.

With over 50 Business clients supplied on a daily basis, we cover the whole of the Midlands.
