About Nomadough
Our story began at Kings Cross in 2020 on one of our returns to dry land, from working abroad in the yachting industry. We bought a notepad, started a spider diagram, and Nomadough was born…. Alex being the Nomad, Libby baking the dough.
Libby was born on a farm in Essex, growing up with a love of the British countryside and the use of local produce. Libby trained at Leiths School of food and wine where she moved on to work in London's fast-paced events industry. She then moved on to the yachting industry where she discovered cuisines from around the world and combined them with her love of modern British food.
We can bring a street food vibe or we can organise a beautiful deconstructed Buffet with Bread, salads, meats, and sides. We can collaborate our ideas together to bring you your dream event.
We serve our signature dishes at weekly pitches which can vary from tap rooms to privately catered events. We can also combine these mains with a choice of seasonal sides, all the ingredients are fresh to serve, especially the sourdough which is hand stretched in the truck. Additionally, everything is locally sourced which is important to the ethos of nomadough.
We aim to provide the highest quality and healthy food in a friendly and professional manner.
