As a family run business we have more than 15 years experience within the hot tub industry you can be sure of a sophisticated and quality experience with us. All customers receive a complimentary hot tub hamper with delivery and we will make that special treat special with the help of local suppliers and businesses.
We supply quality hard cased hot tubs for hire for a specified period of time, quoted price will include delivery, sanitation and collection. As the spas are rigid they will be rolled into position so clear access is required, along with a 13amp electrical point and access to a water supply. Spas will seat between 4-7 adults, all spas come with internal 2kw heaters which will keep the water warm at all times.

Good experience
Overall, no complaints with our booking, I did have to chase to find out what time it was being delivered And collected but the service was fine, I had a panic as my booking form Had a date that was the day after it was being delivered but all was fine! And there was lots of support on hand with a WhatsApp number to message directly. It took much longer than we were told to heat up (told 12 hours, it took more like 18-20) but that's not a complaint, just a note. And we fit 4 adults in the 4-7 person tub, plus 2 kids (10 and 15) at one point comfortably. It had nice jets, lights that changed colours and it went as hot as we wanted. Thankyou!
Excellent service
I can’t praise Norfolk Spa and leisure enough. They checked to make sure the hot tub they could access my property. The hot tub arrived on time and efficiently set up. Explained and left video for reference. The hot tub has been thoroughly enjoyed and certainly value for money. I highly recommend Norfolk Spa and leisure for the excellent service they provide and the quality hot tub hire.
