Nushimi

Here at Nushimi we serve Wild Tuna and Wild Salmon Tataki (lightly seared sushi). Having been supplying tuna and salmon to top establishments for a serious amount of years now we absolutely believe we have the best fish in the Tunaverse (sorry).

We then all agreed the best way we like to eat it is raw, with a little salad and dipping sauce!

We developed our Tatiki over a number of years and now we are all so thrilled with the results we want to share it with everyone!

All of our produce is prepared on site, ensuring maximum freshness, theatre and most importantly, taste! We can cater from one of our stand out, newly refurbished trailers, or amazing gazebos.
We have the ability to cater for small parties all the way up to events numbering thousands of people!
