We are Oak & Sage, an open fire caterer with a difference. Our aim is to provide restaurant quality food while exposing your guests to the theatre of open fire cooking, be it slow cooked whole lamb, a haunch of venison or caged chickens.

Providing delectable eats for all kinds of occasions, our team will customise the experience to your desired serving style, from 3 course seated meals to buffets. If your looking for a more relaxed catering option, we specialise in table served sharing boards providing you and your friends and family with the opportunity to gather together and enjoy the tastes of multiple dishes.
Our head chef has over 15 years experience within some of the best restaurants & hotels in the country. This experience is carried through to table utilising cooking techniques found in top restaurants while taking inspiration from the rustic nature of asado or braai barbeque cooking styles.
