About Of Slice & Men

I serve up my own, hand-made, hand-balled and hand-stretched dough, using a mixture of contemporary and traditional styles.

I use San Marzano tomatoes, fior di latte mozzarella, and cut my own meat to make sure that each pizza leaves you stunned. Using fresh veggies and a mad variety of cheeses, I aim to put people off the Americanised and processed pizzas have become accustomed to.

Flour, water, salt, and yeast are the only ingredients in my dough and each pizza is baked in a Gozney Roccbox at 400+ degrees.
