Ruined my wedding day.
These people were awful. Do not use them. They did not cater for the dietary requirements of my guests, I gave them all the information required months in advance as requested and then this was not adhered to. Staff were incompetent and lied about what had been bought to the wedding. When I emailed to complain I was told I am wrong and that everyone was catered for, but this is a lie. There were not enough vegan things for the day time as they did not change the numbers (given months in advance) and there was no vegetarian or vegan or gluten free options in the evening. I have spoken to all of my guests and they have confirmed this. I was not offered any refund. Disgusting customer service. Do not use this company.
Amazing Service
We had canapés, a bbq and then toasties and chips for our wedding reception and it was amazing! Such lovely food and great staff, very professional service!
Fantastic last minute wedding catering
Richard and I had booked Oliver Herb Catering for our wedding, very last minute! The food was absolutely delicious and they were really helpful with our specific menu ideas. Still months on, people are still talking about the food at our wedding! Book them, you won’t regret it.
