Based in the University area of Manchester for over 50 years, we consider ourselves to be something of a Manchester institution.

We also sell a broad range of nutritional and herbal supplements, cruelty-free, natural and organic cosmetics, eco-friendly cleaning products, vegan and vegetarian alcohol and so much more.

Our basement cafe creates fresh, wholesome and exciting vegetarian meals and vegan meals, perfect for hearty, healthy eating or pop in for an afternoon pick-me-up of fairly traded and organic coffee and locally made vegan cake. In addition, we host and run events and offer space for local groups to meet.
