Brilliant faultless service - highly recommended!
Communication was brilliant from initial response through to collection and removal of the hot tub. We were provided with a short friendly personalised video to show us how to use the hot tub. The controls were easy to understand. As we are considering buying a hot tub in the near future this was a great way to test the water (excuse the pun). Also ideal for us to celebrate our anniversary without leaving home. The whole experience was great value for money as we used the hot tub many times over the weekend and loved it. We were left some chlorine granules so we simply added a scoop in at the end of an evening to keep the levels topped up. Brilliant experience - definitely recommend this hire company.
