Created by Katie Parsons in 1993, today Parsons is a thriving catering company specializing in corporate & private events across London and the Home Counties. Ideally situated in Battersea our team has an abundance of knowledge in co-ordinating events from start to finish, guiding and advising our clients on themes & flavours and going above and beyond to ensure each client receives a personal & exceptional service.

Our highly trained team of core staff includes a division of knowledgeable, passionate chefs well experienced in catering for all kinds of events, ranging from VIP launches to themed canapé functions and fine dining dinners. All are qualified in food safety, HACCP trained and used to working in a variety of kitchens and situations. Our experienced front of house managers co-ordinates and manage events to an extremely professional level, leading their team of waiting staff, ensuring they respect the venue and surroundings. We also provide equipment hire and a varied wine list.

Our commitment to our work is reflected in the food and service we provide and our aim is to always go above and beyond, impressing our clients while maintaining reliability and confidence in everything we do.

We provide catering for Breakfast Seminars, Corporate Fork Buffet Lunches, Afternoon Teas, Hot & Cold Canapés & Bowl Foods or Fine Dining for themed Events, and work with numbers from as little a 5 to 500 !

We provide private catering , for outside events such as a Paella Party for 80 guests, a BBQ Spit Roast for 35 a Birthday Party along with Marquees as well as Weddings, Christenings & Funerals.
