When planning your special event, there are few gastronomical experiences as tempting and mouth-watering as a slow-roasted whole pig carved just for you! Roasted to perfection for approximately 7 hours, our pork is incredibly succulent because we only source top-quality, locally reared, lean pigs, our pork is lean yet moist and contains less calories!

As for the crackling, you're gonna just love this bit! Light, crisp and crunchy, and always plenty to go round! Our bread is always day-fresh, our salads prepared within minutes previous to your event and our desserts are hard to resist.
We are available for garden parties, weddings, birthdays, christenings, corporate events and any life event you may have.
Remember we are different to most as we cook fresh on site, do more than the others, make our own apple sauce, and coleslaw both normal and chilli versions, fresh salad and fruit carving are all included in our prices and no hidden costings.
