Patrick’s Kitchen is a family run Traditional Caribbean & fusion catering service. We provide authentic Caribbean comfort food specifically Jamaican cuisine rooted in authenticity and culture. We are true to our heritage and use only the best and original seasonings and spices to create our flavourful dishes, we also mix the old with the new and create more modern fusion dishes so our clients can still enjoy the dishes they love but with a curated Caribbean twist to stand out from the usual everyday offering.

We provide a mobile catering service and set up for all occasions, from large events like festivals and everything in between including weddings, funerals, wakes, birthday parties, Corporate functions and private events.

Our set-up is self-sufficient, we prepare all our dishes fresh on the day and can adapt to any number of customers, guests or attendees.

We also specialise in Caribbean vegan/vegetarian food as well as English/Jamaican/American BBQ food using smokers, BBQ pits & jerk pans for that real authentic flavour & fall off the bone smoked meats, burgers, hotdogs, pitta, wraps, loaded fries, kebabs, Sunday Roast etc. We are also able to cater delicious homemade pie & mash, with several different amazing delicious fillings to enjoy with homemade gravy with smooth buttery mash potatoes.
