The business has the largest fleet of ice cream catering vans in the district, all fully licensed with a Food Hygiene Rating of 5. All vans are fully insured with employers and public liability cover of up to £5million.
Paul's Ices holds the catering tender for Drum Manor Forest Park. The business also caters to large corporate and community events and also weddings in a unique vintage ice cream van, the only one of its kind in Ireland. The business has an unrivaled reputation for first-class customer service, products, and reliability.
Along with a quirky tiger and a vintage ice cream van the business has recently acquired a 16ft Whitby Morrison (known as the ‘Rolls Royce” of Ice Cream) catering trailer.
