Barry has wealth of experience creating the finest sourdough & delivering large scale artisan events across the country as well as being an expert when it comes to craft ales & boutique bars.

Chris has worked in some of the finest hotels & restaurants as well as working internationally & cooking for royalty from intimate fine dining to large scale events.
