Our specialty is Hog Roast -
we use only the best quality meat for both our Hog Roast and BBQ meat, with full traceability.
I have had many years (more than I want to admit to) in the catering trade - we have up graded the Hog Roast
adding that bit more, and is going well - its not just a Hog Roast, we serve the pork in large white baps with
home made apple or chilli sauce, and a choice of sage & onion stuffing or home made sausage, sage & chestnut
stuffing(can be adapted to suit different tastes) and for the best bit the crackling.
The BBQ we can offer a choice that keeps everyone happy, quality 6oz beef burgers, old English jumbo sausages are the main two, a combination of other quality produce is available - along side a nice crisp salad - something a little different maybe a nice tasty cheese board too with (of course home made) chutneys.
At Pigalicious - we are eager to make your day or evening one of the best and for us to do this we like to talk to customers to ensure the best possible service - its good to talk. To get a better idea of us, we have a face book account, which the reviews say it all.
Now for the party bit - THE BAR - if your venue doesn't have bar facilities we are able to provide a good well stocked bar with alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages that you choose - we do stress that we are not a pub and there fore we don't charge pub prices, so this will add more fun for you and your guests. card payments are accepted from all well known banks - even better not having to worry about having cash for the bar. the only think we ask is a fee to set up and take down as this can be time consuming and heavy work.
