It is my joy and privilege to make delicious celebration cakes for all occasions, especially weddings. First and foremost, my cakes are flavour focused. It is important that everything that I make has a wonderful flavour and tastes delicious. Cakes are such a treat and it is vital that they taste amazing! That is what I aim for in every cake I make.

Celebratory events are so special and I work hard with each client to create the cake of their dreams and hopefully exceed their expectations. My aesthetic is clean, elegant and modern. I love using modern media such as rice and wafer paper to create interesting effects.

To me, cake is art and should be the highlight of your special celebration.
