Pizza Heaven

We cook thin crust pizza in a traditional wood fired ovens. All the pizzas are cooked with fresh ingredients and are made to order and ready to eat in a couple of minutes.

We have 2 pizza ovens one is trailer mounted and we use a gazebo to serve pizzas from this oven. The other oven is fitted in our bespoke pizza van. The van is sign written and looks fantastic with a commercial awning operates as the workstation and service area.

Both ovens are capable of cooking up to 5 pizzas at a time and as the temperatures are high the cook time is kept to a minimum.

We generally offer a range of traditional toppings bit do have a range of more exotic toppings if that is your thing.

The cooking speed and size of oven is very important to you as you want your customers served great food, quickly. For example, at a buffet style event we can cook in excess of 300 pizza slices and hour, more than enough to feed 100 people.

Its important to note that both these ovens are commercial ovens and designed to cook a large number of pizzas in a short period of time. They are robust, heavy and cook the pizzas quickly and consistently. Please beware domestic pizza ovens that promise the world and fail to deliver

We cover a wide range of events and can cater for small or large parties

We do corporate work with Avoncroft Museum, DPD, HOPPE, Howdens, Basepoint, Birdbox, Droitwich RFC, Avison Young, Bewdley Brewery.

We do weekly pop up pizzas 3 to 4 times a week in local villages and venues around Bromsgrove. Check out our website or Facebook page for details and pop down so you can try before you buy.

We used to ( and hopefully will soon be back!!) providing in house match day and event catering at Sixways Stadium, the home of Premiership Rugby Club Worcester Warriors.

The beauty of this work is the sheer amount of different venues and events we attend. no two days or events are the same.
