Pizza Nostra is a wood-fired pizza trailer specialising in events and celebrations. Operating from a 4m x 2m unit, our large oven can bake five 10" pizzas every 90 seconds, ensuring efficient service for any gathering.
With a background in fine dining, we’ve spent the past three years refining our craft to create high-quality, artisan pizzas and calzones. We prioritise fresh ingredients and attention to detail to deliver a consistently great experience.
You’ll often find us at Jeremy Clarkson’s Hawkstone Brewery in Bourton-on-the-Water, as well as catering for weddings, parties, and other public and private events across the region.

Fab team away day!
Al attended our last night on our team away day, & his pizzas hit the spot with the whole team! All requirements for dietary requirements were met, & Al even had some of the team involved in stretching the dough, which was a really nice mini activity Would highly recommend!
The Best Pizza!
Pizza Nostra attended an event at our local high school - advance communication was very responsive and informative, he attended promptly to set up in plenty of time and his cooking / service area was visually very appealing! Once he started cooking the pizzas no-one could resist - they were absolutely delicious - the best wood fired pizza I have ever had at an event, and everyone agreed. Arash was an absolute delight to work with, he was helpful and friendly and the perfect trader! We would 100% book Pizza Nostra again - can't imagine a better Pizza vendor out there! Highly recommend.

Amazing Service, Amazing Pizza!
We had a market on Sunday with around 150 people. Pizza Nostra made our day with amazing pizzas! And a friendly smile! Booking was so easy, all worked out as planned and we already booked Pizza Nostra for our next event. Highly recommended!!
Delicious Pizza & Amazing service
Arash was a fabulous vendor, extremely accommodating and the communication throughout was spot on. The pizza was delicious and turnover very quick which is perfect when you have large numbers. Highly recommend and will definitely be looking to rebook in the future. Thank you Arash!
