Pizza umami

We are an outside catering company, specialising is artisan sourdough pizzas.
Our dough is slow proved for 48hrs minimum using 00 Italian flour.
We use san marzano tomatoes (DOP) fior di latte mozzarella and parmigiano reggiano, this is the basis of our margherita, a taste of Italy in your own back garden.
We can tailor any menu to suit your needs, tastes and dietary requirements.
Our pizzas will be served buffet style, approx 80 per hr, with a selection of 5 different choices, so your guests can have a range of different flavours to choose from.
We can offer, canapes, antipasti boards, salads, for your guests to snack on as the pizzas are served.
If you and your guests fancy something sweet, we can provide a range of desserts or sweet pizzas to finish off the feast.
