We will organise and take care of all party and funeral logistics, including the hiring of caterers, AV, entertainment and general content.
We have worked on special events including rugby matches, Henley Regatta, football matches, branding events such as Stella Artois, Ascot and Wimbledon. We also specialise in corporate events at local rates. We have over 25 years of experience liaising with venues, suppliers, hotels, and restaurants. We will also source, select and negotiate venues to ensure you achieve the best deal, with the aim of saving you time and money. We will do all the set up including; the meeting and greeting of your guests, the setup of tables and decoration of your desired venue, as well as manage activities on the event day. Table covers, table centres, catering equipment, chair sashes and other decorations are available to hire or can be included in your bespoke special offer package which is available upon request.
