Polenta is one of the most popular and typical dishes of Northern Italy. It's cooked cornmeal that can be eaten hot (our TRADITIONAL POLENTA) or fried.

Our POLENTA is made from the top quality products. Our cornmeal comes from a small family-owned business that uses the ancient process of stone grinding. This process ensures the integrity of corn that keeps its natural characteristics and its precious components.
