Pop Creative Food was established by brothers James and Charlie Spencer, to provide a superior quality fine dining experience through catering for weddings, private functions, corporate events and parties.

Our extensive background in fine dining and hospitality means we have all the credentials required to produce exceptional food and deliver it with imagination.

Our menus are inspired by fresh, modern ingredients and it is food we love to cook and eat. Our food is not frozen or microwaved. We pride ourselves on producing everything on our menu ourselves and personally sourcing the best ingredients from local suppliers.
