Suprise birthday party: 29th FEB 2020. I saw pictures of their previous work and was very happy. I went back and forth for a week and settled on services. 3 weeks prior to the event i secured with a deposit through paypal. Aprx 4 days before event i received a watap last check on services needed. I felt safe, put my mind at ease. On the EVENT DAY 29/2/2020, POP IN EVENTS cancelled 5 hours before the party. They said a full deposit refund would be given asap. I messaged them the following day to ask for a refund. To my suprise they had actually blocked my watap and diverted calls. I did receive it albeit 6 day later. No communication though. BEWARE - DO NOT USE! NOT WORTH THE HASSLE!
