The events we cater for range hugely both in scale and occasion. For example, a traditional hog roast is a popular option for the evening feed at weddings, whilst at the same time very well suited to the main wedding breakfast meal itself. Beyond weddings, the hog roast is a very good solution for mass catering events of up to a thousand plus hungry people.
We pride ourselves on cooking and preparing all foods fresh at the events. This includes roasting our rotisserie hogs, lambs, chickens etc on site from fresh. This of course makes for a longer day on site, but well worth the mouth-watering results this method of cooking assures.
Great importance is placed on sourcing our hogs and lambs locally and as such we have a good relationship with Long Compton Abattoir, which is based in the small Cotswold village of the company’s name. By sourcing our Hogs and Lambs direct from the abattoir we can ensure the most direct route from farm to folk. In addition to the abattoir, we have also built up a good relationship with our local butcher who provides us with Burgers, Sausages, Lamb Kebabs etc made in-house to order.

Roy catered for our work event!
Roy was well organised and prepared. Everyone enjoyed the food, there was a good variety and everything tasted so good. We had such good feedback from staff that we will most definitely be booking him again!
Fantastic Service All-Round
Roy was a fantastic communicator from the offset, I felt confident in booking him because of this and on the day he arrived early and was flexible with the setup options and meeting our event timings. The food was tasty, and all of our guests for our Team Building Sports Day were very happy, and went back for more. Thank you, Roy!
Amazing Service!
Absolutely loved the BBQ it was a great success and all the guests loved it! Got on with setting up and prepping as soon as he got there and went above and beyond to cater for a gluten allergy. My Dad really appreciated it for his 60th birthday so thank you very much Roy! :)

Hog roast made it so memorable
Roy makes everything look easy. His can-do professionalism comes from his hospitality background; that, and he absolutely loves what he does and does his best to source really good quality pork from a great local butcher. We had half a small hog and it would have fed 80 people so there was loads to go around. Everyone loved it, and the veggie option was a delicious field mushroom in olive oil so that went down well too. It’s not cheap but you really get what you pay for: nice bread baps, homemade coleslaw, beautiful salad and eco plates etc. Roy is 100% reliable - sortsout every aspect of cooking, serving, and clearing the barbecue. It was a surprise 70th birthday party to remember. Thanks so much Roy, we can’t recommend you highly enough!
