Pull Me Cheri

Franck Parnin originally from Alsace, France, established the food van after completing culinary school and having worked in a kitchen for 25 years. We currently also have a well-known steakhouse in Cambridge called La Maison du Steak.

Our van delivers a range of different tasty pulled meats, which includes Beef Brisket, Chicken, Pork, Duck, and Lamb served on a soft brioche bun with our grandma's special recipe coleslaw and onion chutney. As an alternative, we can offer our hickory-smoked meatballs on chips, or for veggies the crispy halloumi and guacamole dog.

Our chips are all gluten-free so the meat can be served on top of chips as a gluten-free option! Our service is quick, food is always ready in about 1/2 mins, perfect for any occasion!
