We provide an authentic American style BBQ, 14 hr Oak smoked briskets, Cherry wood pulled pork, pork ribs ,beef ribs,beer can chickens, Also a flame grill for our homemade smoked burger, beer brats ,anaconda sausage & chicken wings.Steaks, lamb shoulders.
All come with an interesting array of balanced sides to accompaniment and enhance your mains.
It is all smoked and cooked on our custom made Smoker / bbq grill which is built on a custom trailer, so we can bring our unique food to you no matter the event or location.
