We hired three people to help with a house party. The booking was easy. All staff were friendly and very happy to help and work.

Esther was a fantastic organiser. Very accommodating, open, honest and transparent. She is a great communicator and offered a great price. Her staff are a lovely team. So polite, friendly and happy. I really hoped they enjoyed the day!

Booked 3 waiters for my wedding day to serve food and clear tables for our wedding breakfast and just before I was about to walk down the aisle I recieved calls and messages asking for more money and saying that the staff were not happy about coming. My maid of honor spoke to one of the members of staff who eventually said he would come. By the time it was time for the meal only one waiter had arrived no apology or anything about the other 2 who had failed to arrive. The one who had arrived was very unprofessional, basically did nothing, served in a tshirt and jeans, luckily our venue asked their staff to stay longer to help us. Spoke to the company prior who assured me a refund, 2 weeks and still waiting for this with no further contact.
