After gaining over 30 years of experience working in the event catering business Rachel decided to establish Rachel’s Event Catering four years ago. Our team not only produces delicious food but also delivers high-quality presentation and a friendly, professional service. From our 5 star Environmental Health rated kitchen near High Wycombe, Rachel's Event Catering is committed to delivering a stress free service of the highest quality.
We cater for a wide range of party events including weddings, party buffets, funerals, bat Mitzvahs, business lunches and Christenings.
We are committed to offering a personalised service for events large or small. Rachel is a qualified patisserie chef so we also provide delicious cakes and fantastic patisserie for all our events.

Smashed it out of the park!
Rachel and her team really pulled it out of the bag for our party. The food was delicious and a great selection, all our guests commented on how great the food was. Service was quick, efficient and friendly. We’ll definitely use her again. Thank you!
Great communication and great quality food

Professional, warm and just awesome
Rachel and her team catered my daughter's baptism and first birthday party. Her team were amazing - warm - professional and did everything to make sure our guests were looked after. It was a bust day and the one detail I didn't worry about was the food as I knew Rachel was on it. The cake was just perfect for my littles bday party. I would book her again in a heartbeat.
Excellent service, efficient & good quality
Rachel responded very quickly to my last minute request and fully met the brief. My wife & I were thrilled
My wife & I were thrilled with the great job Rachel & her lovely team did with catering our wedding. At first we weren't sure what we wanted, but talking to Rachel helped us work out what kind of catering we wanted (Afternoon Tea). Rachel was really flexible working around what we wanted and suggested some great afternoon tea sandwich fillings and canopes. All the food was so delicious, looked perfect and kept coming! No-one went hungry. Rachel's staff were fantastic, so polite and friendly, professional and immaculately turned out. Rachel is also a really lovely, and chilled out person who will make sure everything runs perfectly and chill you out when all the wedding stress gets too much. Would highly recommend.
