We are a gourmet sandwich business catering from a mobile trailer that has been tastefully designed to fit into any event. We can travel up to 100 miles from Manchester and can fit into a 4 meter space. Available for all events ranging from birthday parties, weddings, corporate events, garden parties, food festivals & music festivals
We offer a selection of sandwiches from our catalogue of tried and tested products such as Gourmet Burger, The Reuben, Fish finger Sandwich, Chilli Dog, The Grilled Cheese, Bombay Bhaji and a Vegan BLT. We also offer our classic seasoned fries, topped fries and hummus with crusty bread. Hot drinks, soft drinks and crisps also available.
Our menu can be tailored to your requirements including fully vegan, vegetarian, halal or gluten free!

Just amazing
Did exactly what they said they would do. The food and service was amazing and all my guests are still talking about how much they enjoyed the food. Such nice and friendly guys would definitely use them again and recommend to anyone.
Great food
unfortunately on Saturday their vehicle broke down but they put it right by staying longer on Saturday and Sunday to make up for it - everyone was very happy with the food

Amazing burgers!
We hired the guys at Rack for my Mums 60th. Communication was great from the start, and nothing was too much trouble. They catered separate meals for the children and offered tasty vegan and veggie alternatives. The burgers were so tasty, and the presentation was brilliant, a really cool vibe. The homemade coleslaw is to die for. Highly recommend, and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Thank you so much Rack!
Fantastic all round!
Cannot thank the lads enough for supplying breakfast for our event on Saturday, they were super polite and chatted to all our visitors as well as providing good quality and tasty food. They arrived promptly to set up and even though it was a last minute booking nothing was too much trouble. The van itself is kept immaculate and is really pleasant on the eye which was a big quality I look for with us being a prestige dealership. Overall I was really impressed with the presentation of the food, the guys themselves and the van so will not hesitate to use or recommend Rack MCR to anyone!!
