I specialise in the culinary use of microgreens and exotic plants through close work with a company growing seedlings of incredible living, edible plants. A menu is always constructed personally with the client, being based around their past experiences, favourite sensual memories and special moments, to further enhance and enrich their wedding or event experience.

Tailor made street food cooked naturally over the apple & cherry coals on my Kamado Joe; a stunning insulated ceramic BBQ capable of cooking and smoking ‘low and slow’, or with extremely high temperatures for searing and charring.
