Whatever the occasion, RGCS can provide top-quality buffets for anything from 40 to 400 people. Buffets can be prepared and dropped off or can be served by us during your event.
You have the choice of either picking exactly what you'd like on your buffet or leaving us to provide a great variety of items for your selected budget.
Weddings and private functions
RGCS are proud to help our customers make their special days even more fantastic with our catering and event services. Perfect for weddings as well as other big occasions such as christenings, Christmas/New Year parties and more, RGCS can provide catering personalised to your precise needs.
From the food through to silver service, bars, marquees and live entertainment, RGCS are there to help you with as little or as much of the arrangements for your big day as you need. Public event catering
From 40 to 400 people, RGCS can provide everything you need to make your event catering go smoothly. Whether you simply need us to provide the food or arrange the whole catering side of your event, RGCS will be with you throughout the planning of your event to ensure everything is perfect for it.
As with our private function service, we can provide marquees, outside bars, live entertainment, silver service staff or anything else you need to make your event go with a swing.
Private dining / personal chef

Buffet for a hen party
I would NOT recommend this company, the food arrived and it was very cheap shop bought rubbish, the pizza and the chicken goujons were burnt and what was supposed to be 'kettle chips' were actually bright orange onion rings and wotsits. I made a call to the owner straight away and a further 3 messages were left and he did not return my calls, his staff member Hollie responded to my emails but she was fairly rude to be honest. It's a shame as this was a really special event and my sisters had to go to the supermarket and buy some food and we had to order a takeaway for the guests. I feel very let down by this company and would not class them as caterers.
Excellent all round.
Original plans for a birthday hog roast had to change due to Covid 'Rule of 6' so we opted for a special birthday dinner for 6 people. Super food and enough to feed us twice over!
Delivered a service exactly as promised
Our Chef Gary was very accommodating, cooked everything fresh on site, and left the premises as he found them :). We had a lovely oriental theme for lunch and all the guests found the food delicious, there was a great variety to chose from too. The evening meal was delivered to time and perfection with very generous portions.....Thank you very Team :)
Very pleased with all aspects of service
Ian provided a buffet for a wake that was good value. A range of sandwiches, quiche, pizza and more as well as a selection of cakes which he was happy to provide in exchange for salads which were not really appropriate for our needs. The parish volunteers were impressed with Ian’s courteousness and positive compassion to the distribution of food remaining at the end of our function. Thank you .
Great service
All arranged without a hitch. Food was mostly very good. The sandwiches and coleslaw were delicious. Just don't put crisps in with bread or wraps as they absorb moisture and go limp! Crisps should be packed separately. Same with biscuits and cakes. But over all I was very pleased.
