Hi there, my name is Richard, a chef of nine years turned street food trader and the owner of Richi Blues based in Nottingham. Richi Blues is a catering enterprise specialising in marinated dishes offering a bespoke catering experience. We can operate out of our brand new catering trailer or utitise any hired facilities.
Our dishes are tried, tested and tasted untill satisfaction is met. Only using fresh meats and fine ingredients we offer a selection of dishes from around the world. We marinate for at least 24hrs so our meats are well and truly flavoured. We can also offer flexibility in our menus so customers can actually have an input in what they want, guaranteeing great customer satisfaction.
The business has secured a five star rating from the food standards agency and strictly follows all health and safety guidelines.

Food was awesome
Richard was really nice, food was great and very well received. He adapted to our night and was generally brilliant. My only criticism would be that he could consult/communicate a bit more on the two weeks prior. Just an email asking how it is going, or some other sort of 'countdown' contact. Really good value, really great food and genuinely great bloke.

I decided to hold a party last minute and Richard made it all possible with a 3 day notice. Fantastic menu to choose from, efficient service and amazing food. Everyone loved the food and it was super clean and served fresh and hot. Would definitely recommend and use him again myself. Thank you.
Fantastic Food & service!!!
Delicious food went down a storm at our surprise corporate event! Meat eaters & vegetarians both extremely impressed with the menu! Great service, Ritchie adapted to our needs and communicated constantly to make sure we were all happy & catered for! "Definitely" be having him back for other events!!
