We're all about customer service, because we know what a hassle organising catering can be! That's why our end-to-end excellent service and flexible options ensure we meet our customers' needs every time!
Since 2018, we've been spreading our love for great Mexican food through our one-of-a-kind catering, serving wedding, workplace and private customers. Whether it's via a self-serve Taco Bar, Grazing Platter delivery, or bespoke Grazing Table, we love nothing more than delivering food joy every single time!

And making our food accessible to everyone, is key to us too. Most of our menu is gluten free and we happily cater for dairy free, nut free and other dietary needs on request. Plus, with our wide range of vegetarian and vegan options, there's always something for everyone to enjoy!
Sustainability and eco-friendly policies are at the heart of everything we do. We minimise food and packaging waste, source from local suppliers to reduce our carbon footprint, and have always used 100% recyclable and biodegradable packaging, plates and cutlery.

Fantastic!Joanne was amazing from start to finish
Joanne was amazing. Right from the start she was great in communication, flexibility and giving us so many options to choose from. Her catering surpassed our expectations. The food looked beautiful and tasted even better. All of guests raved about the food and it was a real talking point. Joanne made the whole event even more fantastic by the hassle free way she set up and helped our guests navigate the beautifully prepared tacos and salads. I can’t say enough about how tasty the food was the great experience we had with Joanne and our interaction from initial enquiry to the day of the party. Thanks again Joanne. You were amazing and would not hesitate to recommend you.
Fantastic food
Jo was everything one hopes when using a caterer for a party. The communication prior to the event was excellent, she answered all my questions in a timely manner, her terms and conditions were clear so l knew what to expect should there be a hiccup along the way. On the night of the event the food was all l had hoped for, absolutely delicious and lots of it….no one went home hungry! We had so many compliments about the food. I would thoroughly recommend Jo for your Mexican event.
The service and the quality were superb!
Jo made my special day even more special. She arrived on time, set up discreetly, and made the Burrito Bar looked enticing and appetising, and it delivered on taste too. The food was excellent, Jo remained throughout the foody bit and beyond, and cleared away efficiently and diligently. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jo and her Buritto Bar, it was excellent. Food was amazing – no disappointments!
I'm so pleased I chose Rico for our party. The food was delicious and presented perfectly. We received many compliments throughout the day. Communication leading up to the event was seamless. Our kitchen was left lovely and clean afterwards, I didn't have to think or do anything! Exactly what I was after. Do not hesitate booking Rico for your party!
Fantastic service for start to finish
This is my first experience with hiring someone to cater for an event and wanted more than sandwiches and crisps. I was able to arrange a virtual call before making a decision to discuss that we had dietary needs. During this appointment I was put ease by Joanne that she is happy to cater for it and what the process involved. On the day. she came and set up the food in our home. She brought plates, cutlery and servittes. It was chaotic with pets and small children running in and out of kitchen and Joanne did not appear bothered by it. The food was presented well. The food was well received by everyone at the party and people went in for seconds. There was plenty of food for everyone and people went home with leftovers to eat later.
