I hired Riverside Whip for a corporate celebration today and the process has been nothing but smooth from start to finish - Lewis' communication is prompt, timely and professional. Lewis and Nina working in the van today were approachable, friendly and accommodating. They catered for all dietary preferences/allergens (i.e vegan/gluten free) and their menu is HUGE. Lewis added a touch of personalised wafers with our company logo on which went down a treat and was such a nice little touch to the ice creams! Thank you!!
Fantastic service at our wedding
We had Riverside Whip at our wedding, serving ice cream to all our guests, and it was an absolute delight! The service was exceptional, and the communication throughout the process was excellent. We were kept up to date at every step, and Lewis did a fantastic job ensuring everything ran smoothly. Our guests loved the ice cream, and the friendly, professional service made our special day even more memorable. A special highlight was that both the bride and groom were allowed to enter the ice cream truck and serve our guests, adding a unique and fun touch to the celebration. Highly recommend Riverside Whip for any event!

Great Service
Communication was great throughout, attended exactly on time on the day. Our event did not have the weather you would expect for July so sales of ice cream were not as expected however the feedback from those who did have the ice cream was excellent. We would not hesitate to recommend them and we would love to work with them again in the future.
