Lovely people, professional service
We needed waiting staff and help with preparing canapés for my husband's 70th birthday. They arrived on time, followed instructions well and made sure everything was cleaned up before leaving. Very happy and would use them again.

The service was excellent, imaginative and efficient. Great charm and courtesy throughout. It was heartening and encouraging that when one of the waiters fell through the day before, Ruby Reign were able to replace her with another. I can not overlook that they did arrive 15 mins late. There were good traffic reasons, but perhaps more time should have aimed off. 15 mins of nobody appearing does take the edge off the party with the associated angst. However overall an excellent service, just what we were looking for.
