Charming and efficient service. Engaged v well.
The service was excellent, imaginative and efficient. Great charm and courtesy throughout. It was heartening and encouraging that when one of the waiters fell through the day before, Ruby Reign were able to replace her with another. I can not overlook that they did arrive 15 mins late. There were good traffic reasons, but perhaps more time should have aimed off. 15 mins of nobody appearing does take the edge off the party with the associated angst. However overall an excellent service, just what we were looking for.
Fantastic Service and Company
I couldn't be more complimentary, Dan and the Team didn't just help with the party running smoothly, but their presence and personalities actually added to party. They conversed and joked with guests and could not have been more helpful. Could not recommend them more for your event! Thanks so much guys!
Fantasy service
From start to finish Ruby Reign Events were wonderful. There was good communication before the event and I felt reassured that they knew what we wanted and were able to provide the service. On the day Dan was efficient and unobtrusive whilst keeping everything in order, from stocking up the buffet to making tea and coffee, and clearing away empty plates. Many guests commented on how pleasant Dan was and what a difference it made having him around to keep on top of the practical tasks. For me as host, it meant I could enjoy the party knowing things behind the scenes were being taking care of. If you are having a house party, Ruby Reign Events are a must.

Fantastic service
