Excellent Service and very proactive.
Dan and his team were excellent. They couldn’t have been more helpful, they used common sense and easily adapted to different roles on the day. They dealt with everything that was asked of them. I would highly recommend and would definitely used them again.
Amazing Team - Great Service !
The Ruby Reign team were super efficient and calm under pressure, and very lovely people! Due to some bad weather we had to do a very rushed briefing, but the team swung into action, were incredible at taking instruction and thinking on their feet. Special shout out to Dan who kept an eye over the service and was super responsible, and Arthur for being relentless hardworking to the very end, and even offering assistant with some technical difficulties we had on the night . Would definitely work with Ruby Reign again, and highly recommend - 5 stars :-)
Above and beyond service
Great service, went the extra mile to help clean up after the event. Friendly and professional staff , would use them again
Disappointing service
I was somewhat disappointed unfortunately with the service. Either I was wrongly advised about the number of staff I would need or they were very slow. My daughter, other family members and I ended up running around topping up salads, drying up cutlery etc. There was no communication between the two staff and I never saw Arthur at the buffet table at all. They were not very proactive and, considering they are supposed to be professionals, I would have thought they would have worked more as a team. The lady, who arrived over 15 minutes late was then very keen to leave on time, telling me at 17:53 that she had 7 minutes left. That really annoyed me.
A huge help
Dan was a great help on the day. He was proactive and enabled me to enjoy my party. Would highly recommend
