I hired 3 bar / food waiters for a party. Of the 3, 1 was great and I would recommend her again. The other 2 were unable to use their initative and needed to be micro managed all night. Many of my guests were asking why the waiting staff were looking lost, even when there were glasses that needed topping up, food plates that needed to be cleared away and washing up to do. I would not use this company again as 2 of the 3 staff added very little value - my kids would have ben more use. Response from Ruby Lemoon was a mild apology and nothing more.

The staff attended on time with Ruby Lemon sending a complimentary member of staff. The staff turned up on time, Mario, Damian and Sharon were super helpful , pleasant and efficient. I would recommend. Thank you Ruby Lemon

Thank you so much for the two hour service you provided. Not sure who enjoyed having their face painted more the kids or adults. Loved the quickness of your work which gave the opportunity to everyone who wished to have it done. Loved your creativity,, styles and colours. Thank you so much we will be using you again for sure.

Communication with Laura was fantastic, from start to finish. The face painters were prompt and professional and did such a good job on the day. The detail of their designs were brilliant and lots of people gave great feedback. They did exceed my expectations and I will contact them for future events.
