Established in 2012, we specialize in craft cocktails showcasing Caribbean flavours.
Our trained and experienced team can provide Classic Cocktails, our own RUMblin' specials or create bespoke drinks to suit our clients needs. All our syrups are homemade, we barrel age some of our own liqueurs and prepare our juices from fresh fruit hours before every event to ensure the best possible taste is delivered in every sip.

The most incredible rum & gin bar!!
I reached out to Marc and the team on the morning of my husband's 30th in a panic after my previously booked supplier had to pull out on the morning of the event. From that moment onward, they guys were incredible, doing everything they could to cater for our last minute request, going above and beyond to give us a fantastic birthday experience. They arrived early and had an incredible gazebo set-up with fairy lights and music in our back garden, which looked perfect with our festival-themed party. Mikey, who was our barman, gave us the best experience we could have hoped for. He was so personable with all our guests and so knowledgeable about all the flavours and combinations -- the drinks were absolutely incredible! thank you so much!!!

Mobile bar hire for a private party
Marc provided a black mobile bar delivered to my home for a private event. He was professional and helpful throughout, even after I initially declined his quote and then decided at short notice to go ahead with the hire. Delivery was prompt, with frequent updates regarding ETA. The bar itself was functional, sleek and neutral. It fitted in perfectly with our theme and gave the party a nice touch which elevated it from a house party to something more polished. Generally a really pleasant hire experience which I thoroughly appreciated in the stressful context of planning a party. Thanks again for the excellent service!
