The Rural Coffee Project is a Cambridge-based coffee business selling locally roasted speciality grade coffee, quality teas and homebaked cakes, fresh out of either our beautifully converted Land Rover Defender or Vintage HorseBox! We are baristas-on-the-go, with our retro leaver espresso machine we are able to cater for all your caffeine needs. Our menu includes a large range of espresso based coffees, speciality herbal teas and a soft drink selection.

Our unique set-ups make a great feature to your event, both units have been personally converted to a high standard and comply with all relevant safety standards. If you are after a sweet option to go along with your coffee then we can provide homemade cakes - we hold a 5* hygiene rating.

We are passionate about sustainability! All of our packaging (cups, lids etc) are all compostable, we only work with local suppliers and we have solar panels on the roofs of our units, which along with gas for our machine, provide enough energy to power our whole set-up. So no electric hook-up needed or noisy generators!

We work with a wide range of clients at a wide range of events. Our corporate customers include recognised organisations such as the National Trust and Cambridge University, to smaller independent businesses and private events. Weddings, Parties, May Balls, Festivals, Shows and Races - we are able to cater for all your caffeine needs!
